Had a roof leak which affected the Living Room. There is no visible growth and he does not have a mold report. Customer is not 100% sure if the Living Room is the only affected area.

North Miami beach home had water coming out of the bathroom walls. The team dried the place through the use of fans and dehumidifier and fixed the problem area.

The guest bedroom has water damage to the flooring. Vanity area and master bedroom closets; water damage flooring. The area was dried through drying equipment and floor was reconstructed. 

The team found moisture in the bathroom, they removed skirting board in the closets, guests rooms and bathroom. Ran drying equipment on these rooms. 

The team found that there was water running from the toilet. The team fixed the damage and ran the drying process by putting air movers and dehumidifiers. 

Costumer had a leak in the kitchen that has now been fixed. This is his second home which is why no one notice the leak happening for a long time.  The areas affected are the drywall between the kitchen and the living room, costumer said that he has mold stains on the living room walls, his wood laminate flooring has buckled too. 

The customer contacted a leak detection company and they told him that the leak is coming from the unit next door and it has damaged the hardwood kitchen, hallway and living room floor. The floor is buckling and there are visible molds. The team removed all affected flooring and ran dehumidifiers and air scrubbers on the affected rooms to dry.

Hallandale home required water damage remediation due to  bathroom toilet pipe burst and developed molds across the room. The team used industrial-grade dehumidifiers help prevent secondary water damage like swelling and warping of floors, walls, and furniture.

There was a water damage in the AC area. This loss affected the foyer, hallway closet, and AC area. Drywall, floating floor, carpet, and pad are affected. The team dried the area with air scrubbers and air movers and dehumidifiers. 

Moisture were found in the walls within the following rooms; hall bath, hallway, a/c closet, and girls bedroom closet. Drying equipment were set up to dry the place. 

The guest bathroom between toilet and shower is 99% wet Guest bathroom seems to have active leak. The living  sliding door seems to have water intrusion. The team drained the water out and set up drying equipment on the bathroom.

The Hallandale home had a water damage in the toilet particularly the toilet pipe. The team replaced the old pipe and dried out the area. 

The team repaired a broken sink and faucet in this home, and they also installed a new medicine cabinet as the home owner's request.

The team inspected the home for moisture and found molds growing in the corner of the bedroom walk in closet. Home owner does not know what caused it but he thinks it is a long term leak which the team found and fixed.

Water damage due to broken Laundry faucet which affected the laundry room, office area, and Bathroom. 

Second-floor guest bathroom ceiling around return fan have surface mold disinfected and painted affected area. Did a walk-through through attic plywood and two by fours does not have any signs of water intrusion. Drywall was dry. Inside attic return vent needs to be properly installed there is air coming out from the exhaust hose In attic. Also recommend a water test to be done on the roof. 

The manager told front desk to call in the water damage. They say the carpeted flooring is wet but there is no water to extract. Rug in guest bedroom closet has padding and is completely wet. Wet rugs run past the closet into the room.
