Hotel Toilet Disaster

Client called with an emergency, a toilet had overflowed due to a clogged pipe inside the wall causing sewage damages to the bathroom and other affected areas throughout the hotel. SERVPRO arrived within an hour of the call and began to extract water in all affected areas and also removed damaged materials. Plumber had removed the bathroom vanity to get to the pipe that caused the damages. SERVPRO cleaned and sanitized the affected areas and began the drying process. The after photo was taken only three days after the incident and the client was very satisfied with how fast we worked and that left the affected areas as though nothing had ever happened.
