Kitchen Mold in Aventura, FL

SERVPRO® of Hollywood/Hallandale/Aventura performed work in the unit of an Aventura condominium due to a dishwasher that was leaking for a period of time and went unnoticed. The condominium already had received a mold report from a hygienist, showing that the visible growth on the drywall was indeed mold. The day following the estimate approval, SERVPRO's crew went to work on the unit. A containment was put up surrounding the kitchen to avoid cross contamination with the rest of the unit that was unaffected. The affected drywall was removed, the wall cavity was treated and sealed, and all surfaces of the kitchen were sanitized. A post test was done two days upon the job completion and passed with flying colors.
