After assessing the damage, they were able to isolate and repair the source of the moisture, remove the damaged sheet-rock and insulation, and sprayed a special antimicrobial to prevent ongoing destruction to the material.

At this point they were able to follow-up with replacing the drywall and trim and put a fresh coat of paint on. The finished product was as good as new.
