Electrical Fire in Sunny Isles, FL

This fire in Sunny Isles, FL was the result of an electrical issue. Notice the extent of the damage where the fire originated seems concentrated, yet, the fire led to a water damage. Once the fire started, it seemed to have affected a pipe line which then caused water to start running from the 3rd floor to the mezzanine, lobby, and spa areas of this building. SERVPRO of Hollywood/ Hallandale/ Aventura arrived on site to begin addressing the water damage before working on the fire to prevent further damages to the structure. Once the drying equipment was set, the focus moved towards removing the affected drywall and cleaning up the debris.
